John
John is the engine behind Executive Choice Insurance Solutions. He works hard, thinks deeply, and somehow still finds time to keep everyone laughing along the way. Known for reading insurance policies like they are page-turners, John has built his expertise in commercial insurance by truly understanding the products he offers, not just selling them. He likes to call himself the “Bad Boy of Insurance” because he tells it like it is. No fluff, no confusion, just honest guidance that helps clients make the right decisions. His mix of knowledge, transparency, and humor sets the tone for the entire team.
Alisa
If everything seems to run smoothly, you can thank Alisa. She is the one orchestrating backend operations, making sure processes stay tight, details do not slip, and the team has everything they need to succeed. She brings structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-moving environment. Outside the office, Alisa channels that same precision into the kitchen. She loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes, always finding ways to create something great from scratch.
Dan
Dan doesn’t take long to win people over. Friendly, approachable, and genuinely easy to talk to, he excels at building strong relationships with both clients and underwriters. He’s not just a great broker, he’s someone people enjoy working with, which makes all the difference in this business. Around the office, he keeps things light and positive. Outside of it, you’ll usually find him spending time with his daughter or playing video games. Plus, he always shows up with something solid for lunch.
Shelby
Shelby is the kind of person who makes you wonder how one individual can be so good at so many things. She approaches every task with remarkable efficiency, consistently going above and beyond before anyone thinks to ask. When she steps away from the office on weekends, she is either crafting small-batch brews at Allusion Brewing or performing as an accomplished clarinet player. Honestly, there is not much she cannot do.
